NEAPOLITAN PUDDING

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 can of condensed milk
1 and 1/2 box of cream
300 ml of milk
1 and 1/2 on colorless and flavorless gelatin
1 tablespoon strawberry ice cream powder
4 tablespoons of 50% cocoa powdered chocolate
4 tablespoons of milk
Preparation:
1. In the blender, place 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of heavy cream, strawberry powder, 100 ml of milk and blend for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 envelope of hydrated colorless gelatin and beat for 1 more minute.
2. Grease the mold with a little oil, pour the first part and refrigerate until it hardens.
3. In the blender, place 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of milk cream, 100 ml of milk and the chocolate powder and beat for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 envelope of hydrated and colorless gelatin and beat for 1 more minute.
4. Pour into the mold, along with the first layer that has already set and take it back to the fridge.
5. In a blender again, pour 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1/2 box of milk cream, 100 ml of milk and the milk, blend everything for 2 minutes, add the hydrated colorless gelatin and blend for 1 minute further.
6. Add it to the mold and refrigerate until it hardens completely.
